These terms govern use of the Empression Studios platform operated by Empression Studios LLC, Florida, United States. You need an account to generate. You are responsible for the prompts, images, video, and audio you submit.

Generations consume Empression Credits from your balance before a request is sent to a generation engine. Costs are shown before you submit. There is no unlimited public generation. Failed takes that never reach a provider, or that the provider rejects, are returned as credits to the same account. See the Refund Policy.

Credits are an internal unit for this studio. They are not cash and are not transferable outside Empression Studios.

You may use output returned to your account, subject to the terms of the generation engine that produced it. Do not submit other people’s faces, voices, or copyrighted performances without permission.
