Empression Credits are an internal studio currency used to run generation jobs. Credits are not cash and are not transferable outside Empression Studios.

If a generation job fails before a completed file is delivered to your library, credits charged for that job are returned to the same account automatically.

Unused credits on a monthly plan or add-on pack are not redeemable for a cash refund unless required by applicable law. Billing questions may be sent through Contact from the email on the account.

This policy describes how credits are handled. It is not a warranty of output quality or of uninterrupted service.
